Iron Lion Kick Boxing

In the Iron Lion Kick Boxing program,  athletes have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of boxing while at the same time providing an incredible total body workout. Learn to kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut while improving strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Our beginner and advance personalized coaching will help you understand the fundamentals of boxing such as how to wrap your hands, jab, cross, hook and defensive blocks while also practicing sparring frequently. Here at Pulaski Strength, we hold a Ladies Kick Fit class in the mornings and Iron Lion Kick Boxing in the afternoons. The schedule is as follows 

Ladies Kick Fit


  • 9 - 10 Monday - Saturday

  • 11-12 Monday - Saturday

  • 12- 1 Monday - Saturday

Iron Lion Kick Boxing/Sparring class


  • 11 - 1pm Sparring: Monday and Wednesday

  • 5pm - 6pm :Monday - Saturday

  • 6:30pm - 7:30pm: Monday - Saturday

  • 8pm - 9pm: Monday - Saturday

                  *All classes are $20 per person, all walk ins are welcome.
