PETER PULASKI
OWNER
Strength Coach and Conditioning Specialist, Pete Pulaski, combines over a decade of experience in fitness and exercise science, with a background in body building and hockey training. He also has an understanding in weight loss & athletic nutrition, and its importance for performance. Pete Pulaski boasts an Exercise Science Degree, and has worked with hundreds of athletes over the years while working at Yale University, and with Prentiss Human Performance.

RICHARD SCRANTON
STRENGTH COACH
Richard "Rickie" Scranton is a health coach who considers his specialty to be working wiht clients who have body composition goals and want personalized, custom designed diets to help them reap great results. Rickie is greatly skilled in helping clients build muscle tone, and helps keep his clients focused and motivated through constant interactioon and weekly measurements. He likes to focus on posture, form, and safety for all of his clients' training - his straight-forward approach helps his clients get great results.

DANI MONTAGUE
STRENGTH COACH
Dani is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin.
She has been with us for over a year & worked closely with our professional athletes during our summer elite program. Dani has also designed multiple in-season programs for our youth- and college-level athletes, as well as runs our women's boot-camp and youth team workouts.

ALEX MIER
STRENGTH COACH
Alex is a certified trainer and nutritionist who is in his first year at Pulaski Strength, and is working toward a bachelors in Interdisciplinary studies with concentrations in Exercise Science, Public Health, and Wellness.
He has a background in training youth athletes, law enforcement, and firefighters. Alex has coached youth baseball in the area, and is looking forward to working with more athletes to help them reach their full potential and peak athletic ability.
