Peter Pulaski, Founder
Strength and Conditioning specialist Pete Pulaski combines over 10 years of experience in fitness and exercise science with a background in bodybuilding and hockey. This, coupled with a unique understanding of nutrition and weight loss in the role of athletic performance, form an unparalleled formula for your success in and out of the gym.
Using innovative approaches while sticking to tried and true methods, Pete Pulaski works hard to bring out the best in everyone he works with and he makes it his business to know his clients and what makes them tick.
With a degree in exercise science, training at Yale University and several years on the personal training circuit including time with Prentiss Hockey Performance, Pete Pulaski has worked with hundreds of athletes, the likes of Matt Batten, Tyler Matakevich and Tage Thompson.
Currently, he trains multiple teams from 4 area high schools as well as managing the South Kent weight room–in short, he’s a sought after coach with a laid back demeanor that should not be mistaken for a fierce dedication to your success.
Richard Scranton, Strength Coach
Richard “Rickie” Scranton is Pulaski Strength's secret weapon. He is a health coach who considers his specialty to be working with clients who have body composition goals and want personalized, custom designed diets to help them obtain their desired results. Rickie is incredibly skilled at assisting clients in strengthening and toning target areas while keeping a big picture on the horizon.
By taking weekly measurements, Scranton keeps his clients focused and motivated. He concentrates on posture, form, and safety as the platform for all of his private training. Known in the gym for an ability to see through the myriad myths in the food, supplements, and fitness industry, his straightforward approach gets results.
2020 Summer Elite Interns
Jeremy Conn, Union College
After an All-State soccer career at Amity High School, Jeremy did a post-grad year at Loomis Chaffee and is now continuing his playing career at Union College. As a rising Senior, he is studying Sports Psychology.
John Peter, Providence College
John played four years of varsity hockey and lacrosse at East Catholic High School. He continued his lacrosse career at Providence College where he graduated with a degree in business economics. John is looking to do graduate work within sports and training.

Olivia Tawa, Secretary/Scheduling Manager
Olivia "Liv" Tawa is the person behind everything at Pulaski Strength that isn't training athletes to their highest potential. Soon to be a sophomore majoring in Business Management at Sacred Heart University, she is heavily involved in music and fitness. Prior to college, Liv was a star track and field athlete who competed at the national level until becoming injured which resulted in her ending her athletic career. With this however, she is still dedicated to being physically fit and still competes in Eventing on horse back. Liv's mission at Pulaski Strength is to help manage the business and to keep everyone and everything organized at all times.
Jackson or "J Dog" is the team mascot and biggest supporter here at Pulaski Strength. He is always motivating all athletes to work harder and meet their goals.
